Women's Committee - BABY ITEMS COLLECTION DRIVE - Sept. 4 thru Sept. 14

September 4, 2018 thru September 14, 2018
The Local 863 Women’s Committee is holding our 3rd Baby Items Collection
Drive
to assist A Caring Place by collecting items for Miranda’s Closet
.

Miranda’s Closet is a material assistance program that provides gently used maternity clothes, baby clothes, diapers, wipes, baby food and formula to anyone in need. A Caring Place is a pregnancy help center that assists expectant moms and dads with classes to prepare them for their upcoming role as parents of newborns thru toddler years.

Many expectant mothers and fathers need help dealing with untimely pregnancy, and baby and maternity supplies.

Collection-containers for donations are located in the Sharonville Union Committee Office and at UAW Local 863 Union Headquarters.

Please donate any of the following Baby items:
Diapers – especially sizes: 4, 5, and 6
Pull-ups – especially sizes 4T~5T
Baby Wipes
Baby Items (pacifiers, bottles, blankets, etc)
Gerber Soothe Baby Formula

Please donate any of the following new or gently-used Baby items:
Maternity Clothes; Baby Clothes; Children’s Clothes, size 3T~6T
Strollers; Pack-n-Play
Car Seats (Car Seats must be in excellent condition, never involved in an accident and less than 6-years old)

We would like to ask that you look at the above list of items and please donate.  Anything, large or small, would be GREATLY APPRECIATED and go to good use!  We would really like to increase our collection from the last time. Our Membership has a great history of supporting and giving to our communities, and this is another opportunity where we can reach out and touch someone’s life in a caring way.

The Women’s Committee would like to thank you in advance for your help.
