Disaster Relief - Items needed during a disaster response

Disaster Relief from the Dayton & Celina Area Tornadoes

We are asking for your help in assisting the victims of the recent tornadoes that struck the Dayton & Celina area. Your donated items will be delivered to Matthew 25 Ministries’ Disaster Relief Teams that are providing disaster relief from the Dayton & Celina area tornadoes. Collected items will be distributed into the areas of need.

You may drop off your donations at our UAW Union Office at the Sharonville Plant or at UAW Local 863 Union Hall – starting immediately and runs through June 11, 2019.

Matthew 25 Ministries has provided the following list of items needed during a disaster response:

Personal care products: antibacterial soap, hand sanitizer, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, body wash, deodorant, lotion, etc.

Cleaning supplies: laundry detergents, general cleaner, sponges, bleach (powdered form is preferred), mops, scrub brushes, buckets, rubber gloves, etc.

Paper products: toilet paper, paper towels, etc.

Baby and infant supplies: diapers, wipes, diaper rash ointment, baby wash, baby shampoo, baby lotion, etc.

First-aid items: bandages, gauze, pads, first-aid tape, antiseptic creams, hydrogen peroxide, alcohol, latex gloves, instant cold packs, etc.

Clean-up supplies: protective eyewear, work gloves, masks, shovels, screwdrivers, saws, trash bags, etc.

Canned food and bottled water
